Is there any way to know how many days are left on old passes other than on site?

Where on site do I go?

thanks!

You can only check old passes at any Guest Services desk. Phone calls are no longer accepted.

Tickets can only be checked at WDW as they must be scanned. You can have it done at any Disney resort Lobby Concierge, any theme park ticket window, or at any Guest Relations location at the theme parks or DTD.

i believe you can do it at disney stores too.... if you can find one.

What do u do if the passes dont have the bar code on them...We have a couple passes that we didnt use the last day on them and that was beffore they started to put the bar code on them??

Before the Disney Stores closed, CMs who worked there said they could not check park pass days. The Disney stores that are left are not owned by Disney and can't read the park passes (I think they are owned by Children's Place?).

Disney Stores have never had the ability to check days on passes - unfortunately onsite is the only option.

You'll have to take them to guest relations, they have the ability to re-issue the ticket on the newer ticket stock with the magnetic stripe on them, so that they can be read in the turnstyle equipment at the parks.

If you have guest services check them, ask for a printout. My sister just had an old ticket checked our last trip and was told there was one option left on the ticket. Went to the water park and the ticket didn't work - it was all used up. So she had to buy a day pass.

The problem is - she had another old hopper ticket back at the room that she knew still has options on it!! Too bad she didn't drag it along just in case, but there is always the worry of them getting wet.

Guest services seems to have a hard time figuring out what is left on a ticket, so it might be wise to have it double-checked.

It really stinks thats the only way u can check to see if u have days left.So our next trip we will have to buy for the days we will use then find out whats left on old tickets to use on future trips..I know at least 2 days I have..

We had hopper passes from 2000 which we used just this past Sept.
I had called DW and asked many ?'s here about how I could found out what was left on them. I knew what was left on them but wanted to make sure.
You have to take them to guest relations. They dont give you a new ticket or transfer it on to a new ticket. We used ours for Blizzard beach and one did not scan and the Cm just wrote the number down and we want in.
