Apologies for asking what's likely been asked before - but here goes. I have days remaining from an old 8 day old expire ticket. It's on my magic band - I don't have the actual ticket anymore. Is there any way, other than waiting until I can go to Guest Services, to determine how many days are remaining? I need to buy tickets for our next trip now - so if I can't find out, I'll need to buy what I need and save the remaining days for another time.
Thanks in advance for the assistance!

Book FPs for as many days as the ticket will allow.
You'll then know how many days are left.
(Then, cancel those FPs.)

BTW, your tickets are not really "on your MB."
(No tickets are ever "on" any MB.)
The tickets are in your MDX account.
Your MB just accesses whatever is in your account.

If you have the My Disney Experience app it "may" tell you how many days you have left. I just checked mine now and it tells me I have one day left. It doesn't always work though.

When I connected my non expiring tickets to my Disney app it showed how many days were left.

If the number "days" (or entries) remaining on a ticket don't show in your MyDisneyExperience...

Below is a quote from an eMail from WDW Guest Relations regarding "days left" on tickets:
Greetings from the Walt Disney World Resort!

Thank you for contacting us regarding your unused Walt Disney World ticket media.

If you have not already done so, please send a copy of the front and back of your tickets, as well as a copy of your Government issued I.D.
to Ticket.Usage@DisneyWorld.com.

Include your name and daytime telephone number. We are unable to provide usage without these copies.

Please note, we are not able to receive messages or attachments greater than two mega bytes. If needed, send your files in separate messages or compress them prior to sending.

If you are visiting the Walt Disney World Resort within five days and need immediate assistance, please call us at (407) 560-2544, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm (EST). We may also be reached Sunday and Saturday between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00pm (EST).

I personally assure you that your message has been received. Depending on the amount of research required, our response time may vary; however, a member of my Guest Experience Services Team will contact you within five days.

Sincerely,
Director, Guest Experience Services

I have 6 year old no expires that I attached to my magic band 4 yrs ago. When I go into MDE, it tells me exactly how many days are left and WHEN MY NO EXPIRE TIX EXPIRE (2020)
Check your MDE attached to that band. If you don't have the MDE, call disney and tell them the magic and # & they will set you up.

Good luck!!

Have I missed something? Which "non-expiring" tickets expire in 2020?! The 10 day no expire on my MDE account says it expires in 2030. But I have other partially used non-expiring tickets I have not yet put on my MDE account.
Thanks for any info!

I see the days left on the mobile app but not the full website in case anyone is looking at the latter. I'm hoping what they have in the app is right because they are giving me more remaining days on my non-expiring ticket than I thought I had.
