Days Inn sent a credit!!!

We had problems at the Days Inn Maingate East in March. Dirty rooms, gross bathroom, bugs. Well I wrote a letter when I returned. I recieved a standard sorry you had problems thanks for letting us know so we can correct the problem form type letter.

Well, yesterday in the mail came another letter and a refund for what we spent on the room. Only stayed one night but it was a nice gesture.

I still don't think I would stay there again site unscene due to the problems of cleanliness and bugs. But hopefully they will change somethings

I sent a complaint letter to another dirty Days Inn. They sent it to me 4 weeks later and it said basically sorry about your stay and we hope you can stay again. I didn't get a refund or a coupon for a free stays. I sent another complaint letter about my response to my complaint letter!

I sent a letter when we stayed 2 years ago and never heard anything back. great customer relations.

I requested a refund in my original letter. I guess I got lucky that my letter ended up on the correct persons desk.

I made ressies at this hotel before I found these boards. Forgot all about them. Have since reserved with HIFS. Just called the Days to CANCEL! Thanks for the jog to my memory!
