Days Inn Hotel Downtown Disney

HI!

I need a cheap 1-night hotel stay before we check in at the Boardwalk Villas. I have found a rate of $55 at a Days Inn in Lake Buena Vista. The address is:

Days Inn Hotel Downtown Disney
12799 Apopka Vineland Rd.
Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32836

According to the map shown at Hotels.com (Map Quest, I think), it appears to be very near Hotel Plaza Blvd. This is the area we're looking for so that we'll be near Downtown Disney that night.

Anyone familiar with this hotel? Is it clean and okay for just a 1-nighter?

Also, the $55 rate is listed as a DAYS DEALS NONCOMMISSIONABLE Room. The rate detail says: "DAYS DEALS NONCOMMISSIONABLE LAST MINUTE - GREAT DAYS INN DEALS DAYS INN THERE YOU GO"

Does anyone know what this means? I don't really understand what you need to be eligible for this rate. If I'm not eligible, there is another available rate that is only $4 higher called the Days Inn Rock Bottom Rate that I'm sure I'm eligible for.

Any help with this hotel is appreciated!

If you will check out Hotelkingdom.com you'll find several hotels for less than $55 a night including the Days Inn you describe at $39 a night. At least that's what it is for my travel time period. Check it out.

Thanks! I checked, but for my dates I get "Call for Rates" with this hotel. I suppose this has something to do with the fact that we're going during "Spring Break" season.
