Days between F&W 2021 and Thanksgiving

Hello all.

We are going November 19th - November 23rd and are trying to plan which parks we will go to each day without park hopper. Any idea what will happen in EPCOT between the closing of F&W on the 20th and Thanksgiving? Will the Holiday stuff start right away or will it take a few days and start after Thanksgiving?

Typically there's a gap between when Food & Wine ends and Festival of the Holidays starts, and that gap falls over Thanksgiving week. I think the gap was shorter last year when Disney was doing the "Taste of" versions of the festivals, but based on previous years Festival of the Holidays will probably start the Sunday or Monday after Thanksgiving. I'm guessing the schedule will be back to normal since Food & Wine doesn't have the "Taste of" in the name.

I think that in past years the Candlelight Processional started on the weekend after Thanksgiving. Hopefully someone will confirm or correct my memory!
