For flights that leave on Sunday, March 11 when can you call to check in online? 24 hours before would technically be 1 hour earlier since we lose an hour (if flight leaves at 9 am, 24 hours before would be 8 am Saturday). I'm sure that's not the case, but has anyone here faced the same situation in the past? Just want to be sure I get my "A" boarding pass! TIA!

Still 24 hours in advance.
If your flight leaves at 1 PM Sunday, you can check in starting at 1 PM Saturday.
If your flight leaves at 8 PM Sunday, you can check in starting at 8 PM Saturday.
If your flight leaves at 2 AM Monday, you can check in at 2aka3 AM (same time) Sunday.

Well, actually, that's only 23 hours in advance. I think the times you listed are correct though, i.e., on the Spring-ahead day, you can only check in 23 hours in advance; on the Fall-back day, you can check in 25 hours in advance. Not sure about that, though... it might actually be programmed for 24 hours regardless, so for a 1 PM Sunday flight, you'd be able to check in 12 noon on Saturday. (Online check-in was added long after I left the industry.)

Thanks for the responses! I guess I can try at "24" hours ahead and if it doesn't work I'll just wait another hour.

In the past, SW's system worked off time of day, not 24-hours. So 8AM Sat to 8AM Sun, even if that's 23 or 25 hours.

Note that the change in DST is <messing> up many computers, so there may be some manual fix in place for March 2007. I'd go ahead and try the extra hour early.
