Started off the day at Donald's Breakfastosaurus. Found that driving from the Wilderness Lodge offered the best option for arriving for 8:20 AM breakfast (Not a far drive and found parking just beyond cast members lot). Breakfast was alot of fun and character interaction was great, though it seemed that later entrants were "looking for characters". Next went to Dinosaur ride, short wait, however, ride had problems and we waited approximately 15 minutes. When we finally got close to boarding DD 7 needed to use bathroom. Sent DH and DS 16 aand DD 14 ahead without us. Asked CM where nearest ladies room was and she directed us. When we went back to ask where exit was so we could meet rest of our family, she remembered us and offered to bring us to front of line to meet up with them. They had already boarded but she offered us, front of the line access to next ride. Excited that we would have that opportunity, we said yes. Had presciption sunglasses in side pocket and lost them midway through ride. Make sure you secure everything on ride!!!! This was an expensive lesson to learn. After meeting up with DH and family and searching for glasses, spent time in Dinoland and then off to Tarzan show which is always a favorite.

Next DH and kids wents to see It's a Bug Life, while I got fast passes to Safari Ride. Had a quick lunch then off to ride, saw alot of wildlife even though it was middle of day, they off to trails and viewing wildlife. This is new for us and we really enjoyed it. DD7 enjoyed picking up bird guide and looking out and being our guide. Next, off to Camp Minnie for more character autographs and to Lion King, almost as good as Broadway show. Left in time to see a bit of parade. As we were leaving park, thunder storms began. Had plans to eat at Artist Pointe anyway. BEST dinner of our trip - both kids and adults meals were exceptional, though expensive (party of ten).

love aK breakfast too........it is fabulous...you are right about that ride and getting tossed around.......did they find your glasses..thanks again

No, we checked at lost and found at the TTC where all lost items from parks are brought. They actually test glasses brought there and sort them, prescription and non-prescription. Did fill out a detailed report though. Apparently they check tracks of rides every day at closing and send all items there. We were told there could be a few days lag in finding items however and if they were found they would be mailed to me.

My father just seen The Lion King in Chicago last Saturday & loved it.
