Day to arrive to Disney World

Hi. My husband and I are going to take our 4 year old twin girls to Disney next September. We originally thought we would leave on a Thursday and drive from Indiana with a stop on the way. Now we are thinking about flying. I see that Tuesday and Wednesday are the cheapest days to fly and we would probably choose Wednesday based on our work schedules. My question is that we are looking to rent from DVC and wondering if Wednesday is a bad day to arrive rather than Friday. Any opinions?

There really aren't any good or bad arrival days at any Disney resort.

The only thing that comes to mind is that with DVC the point values are higher on weekend days. Whether that would cancel out the savings on air-fare I couldn't say.

I just wanted to mention that flying is so worth it. Even though it might seem like added expense, you have to remember the value of your time. We are in Atlanta, so even though the drive is only about 7ish hours, flying cuts that down to under 4. For you, the time savings will likely be even greater. Enjoy your extra time at WDW!

We always fly. Having a car does nothing for us at Disney when they do all the driving.
