This was our most frustrating bus episode (seems like CBR guests were always waiting at the parks for a bus to appear). We arrived at the bus stop around 9:15 with plans to head to MGM for the morning. After 50 minutes of waiting and watching 3 each of the MK, Epcot, and AK busses come through, my DH finally called to complain. Within 10 minutes, the MGM bus pulled up - Hooray!! By the time we arrived at MGM, it was around 10:45 am. We headed straight for Tower of Terror (did that really come as a surprise? lol!) and rode 1 or 2 times - can't remember now... We then caught the Citizens of Hollywood actors/actresses outside on Sunset Blvd. (I specifically wanted to watch Francis Floot so was excited that I had found him). DH was chosen to be in their "skit" and did a great job, by the way! And I was able to get my pic taken with Francis after the show was over. BUT, those pictures are now gone due to my having a "blonde moment". So no photos to post here today... We hit Tower of Terror one more time (or maybe it was 2 more times, lol!) before exiting the park to catch the boat to Epcot. It was approaching lunch time and MGM has no good counter service places.... World Showcase is a much better option for lunch and it's only a half hour away by boat.

DH and I split up for lunch. I chose France and sat down at a little cafe table with my vegetable quiche, creme brulee, and iced tea. DH went to Japan for his usual lunch (he gets his lunch at Japan every single time we go to Epcot! lol!) This was one of my favorite times of the trip. Just sitting and enjoying my lunch while people watching... (can't do THAT with kids! lol!) I bought some perfume while in France called A Touch of Pink (mmmmm.... have it on now, so nice!) The rest of the afternoon is kind of a blur to me. LOL! We walked around World Showcase for a while, went to Journey into Imaginations to get a picture taken to email to friends... And.... my mind is blank to the rest! :rotfl:

Dinner tonight was at the Kona Cafe at the Polynesian Resort. Not much by way of atmosphere, but the food is great! I had the crab cakes to start with and a bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin dish for my entree. DH got the sticky wings for an appetizer and a filet for his entree (which he was not impressed with). Dessert was the Kileau Torte (chocolate lava cake) which DH and I split. We took the other dessert back to the resort with us and put in the fridge. Now that I'm thinking about it, I don't think we ever ate it :( - it's still sitting there in the fridge! Meal came to about $130 with tax/tip - used 2 table service credits.

Little disgusting event that happened during our dinner... LOL! I can laugh about it now (well, not really). The mom at the table right next to us laid her 2 yo down on the booth bench (which she was sharing with me) and proceeded to change her son's messy diaper!!! Fortunately, I was too busy eating (lol) and didn't notice until she was putting his shorts back on. I said to DH, "please tell me she did not do what I think she just did!" Poor DH he saw it all! We did call the waiter over and had him disinfect the bench. Ewwww! I just don't know what goes through people's minds sometimes.... I'm going to leave it at that before I get all riled up about it...

After dinner we went out on the beach at the Polynesian and watched the sunset from a hammock. Took some great pictures, but yes, they're gone too... :(

NO PHOTO to post for this day... WHY? Because Pink accidently deleted all pictures from the digital camera card... :wave2: Yeah, that's me! :wave2:

She is doing a fantastic job so far :thumbsup2 (even though she was concerned the details were quickly fading from memory :) ).

Thanks for sharing babe! It is very much brightening my day reading these at work... :goodvibes

Luv you lots Pink!

P.S. I will get over not having the pics since I do have the real thing... :wave2:

I had to search for this Day 3. Hopefully it lands up closer to its other days. I am really enjoying your trip. I love how Blue makes comments, keeping Pink honest so to speak. You look like a very lovely couple.
