Day of PSs Easter Week??

For DH's sake this trip I am trying to be "flexible", but the only problem is we are going the week after easter!! I have some PSs made, but if we decide to change our plans spur of the moment, do you think we will able to get any PSs the day we want to eat?? We are not picky about specific restaurants or times...say if we were spending the day in MGM, we would be happy to secure a PS at any of the sit down restaurants for any time during the dinner hours 5-9ish. What are our chances???

I went in 2003 for Easter. It was a last minute trip so we didn't have any PS, not that we ever make them anyway. Easter Morning we were able to wait about 15 minutes for brunch at the Concourse Steakhouse after mass at the Contemporary. While we were waiting I used the hotel phone to make PS for California Grill for that night. And on one of the other days I know I made PS that morning for Rose and Crown for dinner around Illuminations time. If you know you want to eat some where call dining that morning, that is what we usually do or just walk up. The only place this has been a problem is Le Cellier, that usually takes a few days notice for dinner.
