Day of Cancelation - what happens to amenity order?

We weren’t able to get to Orlando for our April 1-8 cruise. We had a room amenity order - our cruise has been moved to a new sail date at the end of May. I emailed DCL, has anyone encountered this?

I forgot about the order until today - checked my email and sure enough - I had ordered a package.

I know Disney is pretty on top of everything - assuming it will just get moved to our upcoming cruise with the same reservation number - is this correct?

I wouldn't count on it being moved and would definitely check with them about that. In our past experience, our item was canceled and we had to reorder. Anything could be true, though. Best that you check directly with DCL. ....and Bon Voyage!!
