Today is a "catch up" day where we don't have anything planned for the day just whatever we want to do. Breakfast is at Boma's for their omlettes and the cereal that DW & DMIL have fallen in love with. Then we are off to MK for a little shopping and IASW one more time. We do The Many Adventures of Pooh, and head for IASW DD loves IASW and bounces along to the music and loves all the babies dancing around, we enjoy seeing her enjoy herself.
After IASW we head out of the park and to DD for some shopping, we revisit all the stores at DD marketplace and pick up our last minute gifts and souveneers. Then its back to AKL for a late snack and a nap. When we get back to AKL it has really picked up there are a ton of people here. It turns out that while we were there the resorts were about 50% full or so (according to our bellman) and that night AKL was 100% full. So we make PS for Jiko that night, have another wonderful dinner and head back to pack up.
Pedometer for the Day 12359 Paces = 5.9 miles
Saturday morning, we go down for a quick breakfast at Mara and finish our packing... we really need to start packing an extra suitcase to take stuff home in. Call bell services and load up our car then its to the airport and back home.
All in all this trip was alot more laid back then some of our previous trips so we didn't push as hard as we have in the past. The weather was great for the week, we had the afternoon showers but never a day of constant rain. Attendance at the parks was light and I don't think there was a line any longer than 10-15 minutes. Were already planning our next trip....
