We thought that we had JUST gotten to sleep when we received our 5:30am wake-up call. For some reason, it's not as much fun getting up early to catch a plane home as it is to get up early to play in Disneyworld! We were very thankful that we got the Hyatt hotel through priceline ($31) because the hotel is lovely and we did get to sleep in a little later due to its location. We left our room by 6am and were at our flight ticket desk by 6:05am! Not too bad!!!! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is having an early flight out or a late flight in. Our flight home was uneventful which is just the way we like it! Nice breakfast served on flight and we got through customs with not too much delay.
All in all, I think dh and I both agree this was one of our better Disney trips. That said, dh also thinks we should take a break from Disney for a while. The parks don't have the same magic for him anymore but he really, really enjoyed the AKL. If you do stay there, take the time to enjoy the activities it has to offer. There really is so much more to Disney than just the parks.
Transportation from both All Star Sports and AKL were very good. The longest waits we had were on Fantasy in the Sky Days at the MK (45min. for All Star bus). Everyone leaves at the same time making the bus area packed!
Weather - Early May seems to be very good for weather. We only had rain on the first two days. The rest of the days were sunny and hot. The evenings did cool down a bit so you could enjoy swimming or leisurely strolls without sweating!
Crowds - MK was always the busiest. MGM and AK were busy but were always manageable. Epcot seemed to always be fairly quiet and now that Tapestry of Dreams is gone, WS doesn't seem so congested at night. That said.........I really found myself missing the parade.
It was hard coming home knowing we likely won't be back for a while. I hope you don't mind all of my ramblings. It's fun reliving our memories. Thanks for reading my report and feel free to ask any questions. Have a magical day!

I'm going to be at AKL too, sounds like I'm not going to want to go to the parks as much as I thought *lol*
