Day before wedding activities?

I am planning Afternoon Tea for the girls the day before my wedding. That covers us... My DF mentioned something about golfing. Rates are super high! What other things are there for the guys to do? I'm thinking mini-golf as a last resort... But what else?!

Lunch at Wide World of Sport, Yachtsman Steakhouse, Big River Brewery or ESPN
Fishing
Water sports like Sea Racers or Parasailing
The Richard Petty Driving Experience
An afternoon at DisneyQuest
Tours like Behind the Steam Trains or Around the World at Epcot with Segways

Well If Your Able To Rent A Car Just Outside Of Disney On 192 Or International Drive Are Tons Of Places To Ride Go Carts They Are Alot Of Fun Also On International (i Think) Is A Place Where They Put You In A Wind Tunnel So U Get The Feel Of Skydiving With Out Actually Jumping Out Of A Plane! There Is Also Old Towne On 192 Has A Skycoaster And A Slingshot Ride!!!!!!!!!!
