Day Before Cruise

Hey All,

I plan on arriving in Orlando in the morning the day before the cruise... any suggestion of things to do. I know the obvious.... WDW but I'm going to do that after the cruise. What's there to do around Cocoa Beach?

Merritt Island area is supposed to be great if you like birding. We are considering spending the day there after our cruise, my hubby is a Wildlife Biologist and loves that kind of stuff.

There's always Kennedy Space Center.

It sounds like you will be spending a lot of "quality time" in airports and in airplanes. And maybe flying overnight. If that's the case, Sea World is a place where you can walk around and stretch your legs out between the major shows where you get a good amount of time to sit and rest and veg. and enjoy the shows. It won't wear you out before the cruise.

We too will be arriving the day before in the am! We are renting a car, and driving down to the port. We will be staying at the new Ron Jon resort. Check-in isn't until later in the day, but hopefully, we can enjoy the facilities and do some last minute shopping!!
