Day bed at Beach Club How Big?

How big is the day bed at the Beach Club in a STD room with to queen beds.

Would my son who is 5.1 fit?

Not sure about the daybed at the Beach Club, but if they're the same size as the Poly daybed, I slept on it and it was very comfortable (I am 5'6").

The BC day bed is not as big as a regular day bed. As long as your son doesn't move around a lot when he sleeps, he would fit width-wise. As for the length, his feet are going to touch the end. I think at 5'1' he'll be able to sleep on it, but it's like sleeping on a longish love seat. Hope this helps!

the daybeds at the BC are full daybed size (twin bed) the daybeds at the BW Inn are child size daybeds.

Here is a photo of one at the Yacht club. The ones at the Beach Club are the same size just different decor. They are not as large as the ones at the Polynesian or as comfortable but will do for a small child. The mattress on the Polynesian ones is a true twin size mattresses. The ones at the YC/BC are more like a couch with a foam cushion. The ones at the Boardwalk Inn are the same size, the ones at Boardwalk Villas are smaller.

When we stayed at the YC in 2002 our daybed was a regular adult sized daybed. Everyone in our party could fit on it just fine and it was comfortable.

I wonder what I had in my BC room, because it wasn't a twin-sized daybed. Hmmm. I'm going to get my BC pics out.

I agree, ours wasn't either. A twin mattress is 39x75 and I know the daybed was not that large and definitely not very thick. I guess I will measure it the next time we are there.

My son was around five seven when we stayed there,he slept
in it just fine.He is now five ten he has also slept in the contemporary and poly day beds with no problem.

I dont think the daybed was actual "twin size" but it was big enough for an adult. I want to say it was as long as a twin but a little more narrow--but it was very comfortable. My dh who is 5'10 napped on it a couple of times.
Well will test it out with ds 16 this trip. He is over 6 ft tall so we will see how well he fits and how comfy he is on it.
