Our Last, Lazy Day at St Pete’s

We went to Denny’s for brekkie today. Kids had their pancakes/cheese omelette & I shared a ‘Slim Slam’ with Enz.

We stopped off at a Publix to get sandwich things & salad for lunch.

We spent the rest of the day walking on the beach & chilling.

Gianni finally learnt to dive (not that I can ) !!! He has really been struggling with this at swimming club

After showers we attacked the packing. We haven’t bought anything other than a pair of flip flops each, so how come we need 2 extra pieces of luggage Thankfully we still have the broken suitcase and I packed an empty hold-all into one of the cases!

The children wanted to go to Sub Way for dinner so we all had a 6” sub each (Enz did get himself another!) & shared a bag of ‘chips’.

LOL did you miss our tiring drive there from the airport

I WAS sorry to leave St Pete's - it's the 1st time I've enjoyed a beachy type few days. Mainly because I didn't sit on the beach all day and plus it was so lovely and clean.

Did St Pete's before Disney because there really wasn't any other way to do it - for me I'd have been depressed doing it the other way round
