Day 24

That would be the number of consecutive days we have had measurable rain here. The record is 33, and it looks like we will hit that. I did see the sun try to peek out when I was taking DD6 up to the bus. By the time I got home though I was wishing I had brought my umbrella.

oh my gosh....that's a lot of rain. i thought CT weather was bad - and we haven't had more than a few days of rain and snow! hope it gets sunny soon!

I'm soaking right along with you. Today hasn't been too bad.

The bad part to me isn't that it's been raining so many days it's the amount. We normally average .17 a day and we've been getting almost 1/2 inch per day. I have never seen so much water accumulate in places it shouldn't be! Roads are startting to flood and we live on a moutain!

Yep, I saw the sun briefly again this afternoon! It was quite exciting! Going on a field trip with my DD6's class tomorrow to the Museum of Flight. I'm glad most of it is inside.
