I am one who weighs every 2-3 days. I need the motivation one way or another. If I am gaining, I change a few things and if I am losing, it gives me incentive to go on.
Saturday after 7 days of induction, I was down 4 pounds. On Monday, I was down 5 pounds after 9 days of Induction. This morning, I am down a total of 7 pounds in 12 days of induction (I had to check this 3 times lol). I am thrilled! And it has nothing to do with the bloatfairy!! I am sticking to the program with no 'cheating' and drinking a lot of water which is something I am not great at. I will always believe 'water' is a major factor in my weightloss'

After 10 days of SouthBeach I'm also down 7 pounds. Isn't it an awesome feeling!
