They've recently switched the days up:

Monday - Check-in & Casting
Tuesday - Day Off
Wednesday - Housing Meetings
Thursday - Traditions
Friday/Saturday/Sunday - Area Orientation (Dependent upon location)

I know that for at least some of the arrival dates, half the folks went to Casting on Day 1, half didn't go until Day 2

It really depends by person/role. I had a 3 bedroom apartment and all six of us had different schedules. Some of us had Traditions the next day others had off and then Traditions the following day. From there classes to start training vary as well, all of my roommates started training classes either the day after Traditions or the day after that, however I didn't start until four days later. There is no set guarantee on what your schedule will be after arrival.
