Dawson's Creek (SPOILER)

I missed a lot of the show because AI was on during the middle hour, so I just flipped over on commercials during that time, but it was so sad! I can't believe Jen died! And that Joey picked Pacey!

I was very pleased with the finale. I never cared for Jenn so if someone had to die, she would have been my choice! I actually liked the part about her leaving a baby behind as it stressed the point that life goes on; the whole circle of life thing. Remember Dawson saying that death was not the opposite of life, it was the opposite of birth?

I also much preferred Joey and Pacey rather than Dawson. And I LOVED the way they worked it in that Doug really was a closet gay, as Pacey has been hinting and teasing since the first season.

The only thing that bothered me was that the little girl (Dawson's sister) and the little boy (Alexander, Joey's nephew) appeared to be the same age. Seems to me the boy should have definitely looked older as he was a pre-schooler when Dawson's mom had a baby.

Okay...I am glad to hear some of you mentioning your DH's...which means you are "adults" who watch Dawson"s!!!! I LOVE IT!!! My DH tells me all the time that he is tired of my teenie shows! (I am 31) Loved Dawson's Creek! The ending was fabulous!!! Luckily DH was out of town and didnt get to see me blubber for 2 hours!!!

I was in turmoil though when I realized that it was going to run over into the Bachelor! My other guilty pleasure! The choice was easy though....had to watch Dawson!

So glad she chose Pacey....knew she would when she talked to him about how "pure and innocent" her relationship with Dawson was.....you know you cant spend the rest of your life with that!! LOL!!!
