I would put Peter Pan and PhilharMagic in the Must-Do's, but I don't know how DBF would like them. I know he would LOVE Tom Sawyer's Island and Swiss Family Treehouse. We'll just have to play it by ear.

I have been considering doing MNSSHP for a while, but I'm not sure if it's worth the $60. I don't want to overwhelm DBF for his first time at MK. I have never been, so I don't know what to expect. The only things that are making me want to do this is the extra time in the park, and some great picture opportunities for my Graphics Comm class.

What do you guys think? Is it worth it to try? We will only be there for the weekend. Is it overload, or is it the perfect way to fit everything in and see the great Halloween decorations?

I have a feeling World Showcase will take up most of our evening. I mainly just want to do Soarin, Spaceship Earth, Test Track, Captian EO, Living with the Land, and the Seas, and then get out of there and start EAAATING!!

Again, would LOVE the insight for MNSSHP. If we do it, we would have to switch and do MK on the 29th, and then Epcot on the 30th. I would have to switch our ADR for San Angel Inn, but I don't think it will be too difficult. Is it worth the $60 people?

Also, I am in the market for a digital camera. I need one with at least 10MP, preferably more. Looking to buy one for around $150. Any suggestions?

Ugh same!! This time of year is busy for everyone...and it only gets worse come holiday season!!

I am a huuuge MJ fan. I really would love to see it, too. I'm in the same boat though -- I don't know how my DBF would feel about it, but MJ is a legend and this is special!

HELLO!

GREAT NEWS!!

Morgan and I are officially attending...

MNSSHP!!!!! I bought the tickets yesterday! I am so excited -- mostly for the extra time in MK, but also for the Halloween festivities. I've heard great things about the Boo-To-You Parade and HalloWishes, and I'm pretty sure I'll be trick-or-treating in between rides.

I am SOO excited. I have never been to a hard ticket event before, and I think this is the perfect way to get as much time in the park as we can since we're only going for the weekend. YAY us!

So, I had to switch my ADRs around. Instead of San Angel on the 29th at 6:15, we're going on the 30th at 5:45. Our first park will be MK on the 29th.

I put it together kind of last minute. DBF was playing poker and I thought I would have all night to put it together, but lo and behold he got knocked out early.

Oh well! On the insides there are little facts from The Hidden Magic of Walt Disney World. DBF loves reading the ones about Epcot.

Off to bed -- I've been going to bed so early lately! I get bad headaches since I'm not wearing my contacts/glasses, and I just can't stay up late anymore. I'm getting contacts tomorrow though. So, I will be ready to go for WDW.

Hello!!!

We are in the TEENS, people!!! 17 days!!

I'm getting verrrry excited. I recently bought shoes from the trip and they came in last week. They are the Teva Hurricanes (kids -- I have obnoxiously small feet). Here is a picture of them:

I've worn them two or three times and I think they are extremely comfortable!!! Sierra Trading Post had them on sale for like $12!!! You can't beat that! I think they normally sell for $35, and the adult ones sell for $40.

I also went to the eye doctor last week and got a contacts prescription. Yay! I won't be squinting at WDW!

The DBF and I watched the Emperor's New Groove earlier tonight. That has got to be one of my favorite Disney movies...I just can't stop laughing. I love Kronk so much!

Also, thank you to whoever voted on my poll! I'm so excited to be a MNSSHP guest.

Geeez we are only 10 days away! I will be dancing tomorrow

So, we are finally making some plans about our departure. I will drop Reggie off at his pet sitter's house on Wednesday night, the 27th. Then, I will go home that night with Wally and drop him off with my family....and get my iPhone!

Then, depending on what Morgan's teachers say, we will either go back to Athens that night so he can go to his AM classes, or we will stay at home that night and leave in the morning!!! Morgan already said he might be ok with just skipping the whole day since it is the day before fall break....the campus is almost empty those days. If we leave in the morning from home, we'll probably leave around 8:30am. I have to register online for classes that day at 8:00am. So, I'm sure I'll be up realllly early (if I'm not staying up all night from excitement) and just pack the car up, register, and then GO! If we left in the am, it would be about a 6 hour drive from metro-ATL, meaning we'd get there at like 2:30!!! I am so excited to maybe have almost a full afternoon/evening at WDW. I don't know what we should do...take a nap....probably DTD and stop at Ghirardeli's

If we end up having to go back, then I will probably keep Reggie on Wednesday night with us and drop him off at his pet sitter's in the morning because I have the day off, if that's ok with them. Then Morgan will get out of school around 1. I would have the car packed by then. I'd pick him up from school and we'd just GO. That means we would get to WDW by like 7ish, giving us a few hours to explore DTD.

So, that's what our tentative departure day looks like. I'll know more when Morgan goes to class this week and Tuesday and his professors give him an idea of what they'll be doing. I realllly hope he skips -- I'm such a bad influence!!!

Anyway, off to do many things today...ugh midterm season!

U both will have a great time!! im doing a 10 day dance for you If i didnt have my test i so would have skipped the day before we left it was fall break for me also. Good luck for midterms..i fell your pain a test every day for the week and next monday

THREE DAYS!!!!!!!!

We are really sooo close it's unbelievable.

Sorry I haven't updated in a while. I have been busy with THIS:

This is Lulu Belle -- Lubie for short. She is a two-week old pit mix puppy that I am fostering. We got her last Sunday. Her mom had 11 puppies and she was feral. The Animal Control here tried to save them, but she got spooked and ran away, and left her puppies.

So now we are bottle feeding and caring for Lubie. I have not had much sleep at all! She is sooo so cute though and I just love her. It will be so hard to let her go because we are raising her from infancy!

That being said, we have our dog sitters all set. Wally is going to my my parents' place on Wednesday, and my brother will watch him for $50. I already fronted him $20 because...get this...he got an iPAD for his BIRTHDAY! Spoiled. But I gave him money for a case in addition to money for his birthday. So spoiled.

Reggie will go to a foster dog sitter on Wednesday night, too. He gets along really well with her dogs, so I hope everything will be ok!

Lulu is going with the founder of the foster group for the weekend. I am so thankful we have all these people to watch the dogs!!

We will hopefully be leaving around 8:30am on Thursday. I register for classes at 8am, so I will literally have the car packed by 7:30 and just wait around until I can register, and then we'll just GO! We will probably only stop once for lunch. My car will probably make it all the way to Orlando on 1 tank. Over spring break, it made it all the way to Sarasota, FL on one tank!! So cross your fingers!

That night, we will probably go to DTD or relax...or both! I'm not sure if I should pack a swimsuit or not...will it be too cold?

I also checked the weather and there's a 30% chance of isolated thunderstorms for Thursday and Friday....BOOO. I might buy a poncho this week before we leave. They have some Georgia ones at Kroger for $5. I also am thinking about getting a new bag from TJ Maxx...something I can carry over my shoulder and can hold my phone and camera and stuff, but not TOO big.

Anyway, Friday is our LONG day. We are going to MK for rope drop, and we will stay there until MNSSHP is over!!!! I want to make the most out of this day at MK because it is my favorite park and there is SOOO much to do and see.

Saturday is our Epcot day, and we have our ADR at San Angel for 5:15. The rest of the day will be attractions and F&W booths.

Sunday is the day we leave. We have Boma breakfast at 9 something, and then we may go to DTD again if we need to pick up more souvenirs...maybe ride the monorail around...just soak up as much WDW in before we go back. We will leave Orlando by 2 or 3pm at the latest because we have to pick up doggies.

It seems so short, but I know we are going to have sooo much fun. I am so excited!!!!

I will start packing for us and the doggies tomorrow night. I'll take pictures of what I bring
