Dave Robinson #304

Has anyone rented #304 from Dave Robinson? I recently reserved it for a week in October. After much reading on this board and other research, I finally decided on this condo for my family of 6. I'm very excited that we got a great deal on the condo! I was just hoping to hear reviews from others who have stayed.

same here, we were in 204 at Christmas and loved it. http://www.vacationcentralflorida.com and they have like 10 condos and townhouses and are buying more all the time.

We stayed at one of his 3 bedroom condos in January... GREAT experience!
Kids keep asking to go back to live there!

Haven't stayed there yet, but we have 304 rented for Thanksgiving. MIL is joining us and the extra space will be great. I am super excited!
