Dave Avanzino Icon Letters Series

When I was out in Disneyland this summer I saw two icon letters pieces by Dave Avanzino: Fantasyland and Tomorrowland. I am curious if any other peices have come out since July: Adventureland, Frontierland, Disneyland, or Main Street? If anyone goes to the park, could you let me know? I saw them in The Disney Gallery, Disneyana Shop, and The World of Disney.

We bought the "Disneyland" version of the letter series this past summer. Unfortunately, the "S," which is represented by a marquee letter from a sign on Main Street, has not held up well. The pearl-like balls that are supposed to be the sign's light bulbs have shifted from their spots, one of them falling off all together. I'm unable to even take the box apart to superglue them back into place.

We've considered exchanging it but noticed that the ones on display at both the Disney Gallery and the Disneyana shop this past weekend also have the same problem with their "S" as well. We still think it's a nice piece but are disappointed that it obviously has a serious design flaw. Thought maybe you'd like to know before you buy.

No. I mean Yes! I mean thanks! I appreciate knowing those things ahead of time sine I am not buiying it in person and have seen only two of the icon letter series in person. Its good to know if there is a serious production flaw.
