Funny skit about America being odd
I love that sketch!

For the record, we in the UK LIKE to say, we're metric, but we aren't really. Speed limits are in MPH. Distances are in feet/yards/miles. We try to stick to Celsius, but people still talk about the temperature being in Fahrenheit. We're kinda hypocritical in that way.

Month/day/year all over America. We also don’t do metric or the 24 hour clock. We’re rebels lol
My DH insists on doing the 24 hour clock and it drives me up the wall, I'm like "Look dude, I do NOT wanna do math when I look at your watch." Now I know it is easy but it just grinds my gears, like why just why....

Because then there's no confusion about AM and PM. I set up a timed process at work today. Looked after it was supposed to run and it hadn't. I neglected to change from PM to AM.

Anyways, its your DH's watch. If its that big a deal to you, maybe wear your own?

If I am just writing it down, Month/Day/Year. If I am naming a file, year-month-day - that way the files are in order by date

Almost the same here, day/month/year in writing but year/month/day on the pc to make it easier to find stuff.
