Dated ticket question

We’re doing a pkg, 4 nights at Royal Pacific with 3 day dated tickets. I’m wondering if there‘s any benefit to starting the 7 day window for the tickets the day we arrive as opposed to the next day which will be our 1st park day. Our tickets are only for 3 days and we plan on doing City Walk on arrival day. Are there discounts or advantages tied to the ticket? We’ll have express pass thru the resort. I thought I read somewhere there was, but can’t find it.

Your tickets don't regster your "first day" until you actually scan the ticket to enter the parks.

There are no discounts tied to tickets. Only discounts are if you have a higher tiered Annual pass.
