Date for dues electronic debit?

This is probably a stupid question, but does anyone know what day of the month dues come out(for monthly payments) and did they start coming out in Jan or Feb? I saw on our banking statement where DVC had done something but there was no withdrawal. I thought maybe they had just gotten it set up and they would be withdrawing the money this month.

You can choose the 1st of the month or mid-month. Our mortgage comes out on the 1st and our dues on the 15th....spruce

DVC does a trail run first without withdrawing any money. We chose the 1st of the month as I get paid on the 1st and 16th.

And, FWIW - for those of us that have our dues come out on the 1st of each month - be aware that in January of each year - they won't come out until the 15th, but then return to their regular cycle the 1st of February.

I don't know why but I just assumed the dues and mortgage payment came out together in a one lump sum payment each month. Of course that's not how it goes and I actually prefer it the way DVC has it set up. My dues come out on the 1st of the month and the mortgage payment on the 15th.

When I talked to my guide on Tuesday to purchase at BCV he asked me what day I wanted my direct debit. I told him the 15th since me house payment is due on the 1st. Does this mean that both the loan payment and the dues will come out on this day. This is what I assumed. I didn't know there was a possibility of breaking it up.
