date design

Hi,
We just found out that my parents are taking the kids and grandkids to Disney this summer!
We went a little over 2 years ago and I found so many wonderful ideas on this board. After getting a new computer I lost a lot of my links and I'm looking for a few things that I hope someone can help with.
One is a design of the date (2012) that is done as the fab 5?
