date-based ticket question

My family purchased 5-day tickets that start on day 2 of our trip. We wanted to visit my MIL on day 1 but we are unable to do that now (her senior apt abulding cannot have visitors). Also, we will be losing a park day due to our return flights leaving 12 hours earlier than originally scheduled. Is there any way to move up our start date for our tickets by 1 day?

Not at the moment. If WDW begins ticket sales again you should be able to adjust the start date. You can ask when you call to confirm you plan to keep the reservation.

Right now, it says that all tickets purchased through June 6th will be extended for use until 9/26/21.

Check your MDE and see if they have already been changed, Almost all of ours have.

We fly in July 22 in the evening. The tickets start 7/24.
Yes, Our tickets have been extended until 9/26/21.
