Date Announcements for MVMCP?

Does anyone know when we can expect the dates to be announced for MVMCP?

I have seen some sites from last year where the dates were released on March 23, 2009.

Hope I'm not missing something....

I think for the December dates that you can be pretty safe in assuming that parties will be on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Dates will more then likly be announced in May sometime. I am waiting too. But as previous poster said the days the party wll be am sure are the ones looking at last years but you never know where Disney is concern they never seem to amaze me.

I think that it was last year that a date change was made after the schedule was published -- a party was dropped. So, when the dates come out, get your tickets right away or double-check the list later before assuming that you can pick up tickets later.

I am interested in the answer to this, too. Not only am I interested in the dates in general, but I also need to know when the DVC discount dates are. I'll keep an eye on this thread. Thanks for asking!

The official dates should be coming any day now. The tickets do not go on sale till on or about May 1st

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party - The first Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party of 2010 will be held in the Magic Kingdom on November 12 and then on select nights throughout December. Official details on the special after-hours party, which requires a separate admission ticket, have not yet been released, but will be available soon at www.DisneyWorld.com/holidays .

This is usually the last thing I plan...I usually dont even buy tix till around Oct...unless you are going to one of the last parties i would not feel the need to rush out and buy tix...I think only the Dec 18th party sold out last year...

Its so tough to have to wait for the dates of the party then have to wait for the hours of the parks.

I keep making it worse for myself by booking trips that are part in one month and part in another. We have an anniversary trip from Sept 29 through Oct 6 then a whole family trip from Nov 28 through Dec 6. So not only do I need to see dates for the party but then I need to see the Nov and Dec dates all before it comes time to book ADR's. It is not easy lol

I can not even imagine having to wait for two different months park hours to come out, it is bad enough just waiting for one. I know I will be so happy once May is here and I have the hours, my ADR's made etc and then can finally relax some. Until then here I sit day after day

waiting is so hard! I need to know NOW! ;-) We are 90% sure we are switching to Thanksgiving, but I want to make sure we can go to a party on Nov 18 or 19 (week before Thanksgiving) because they don't usually have parties the week of Thanksgiving. I need to know so I can change my dates accordingly, and decide if I'm doing BC the whole time or maybe 1 or 2 nights at the Poly during the party....

I would like to know too! But Disney has not formally announced the dates for MNNSHP yet so I would imaging that one will come first, or at least at the same time.

I am secretly waiting for these dates to be released as well! I'm trying to surprise DH with a trip to the World for his birthday.

I'd love to try out MVMCP but we are on a tight budget and tix for 5 of us would cost way too much...maybe we'll go antother time! Have fun for me!
