data base of trades that went south?

Being involved in this bad trader has a few good points. (I am a functionalist -- everything has a function/reason )
One, the honest traders (99.9% of us) band together tighter.
Two, I have been getting a lot of feedback on who has stiffed whom. (Although I am sure I only know a MINOR fraction of what Joette reads. )
I started my own bad trader e-mail file, and another pin info e-mail file.
I am wondering -- no one feels comfortable about a web site containing a list of bad traders. But how about a data base we can share?
Lots of thoughts, concerns and details need to be considered, for obvious reasons. And it is not something to be taken lightly But something to mull over.

I'm not sure I would want to see a public database listing bad traders. However, I always wonder, "How do we find out about not so good traders?" None of us want to get burned.

I have an index card file of names that I probably will not trade with. Some are people who never replied to me or initiated a trade request, I replied & then they never acknowledged me. Others are names I have picked up on the bbs, in chats, through emails from my excellent trader friends, etc. It is my personal file & I can include whatever info I want .
