Dashboard Not Loading

Anybody else having issues with your dashboard not loading? I see my point breakdown but our upcoming stays are not displaying.
 

I had the same issue. I just cleared the cache on my browser and it resolved the issue. Now my reservations load.
 
The website has had glitches today for sure. But that's more the norm than the exception.
 
Random for me. I had to clear my history and got it to load. Next time it didn’t. Lot of blue circle spinning today.
 
It spinned more than usual today. I was so nervous, DS asked me to change their friends Aulani stay by one day, since their friends were actually coming in the next day. Thankfully the change worked out, but it took very long.

I have had the excessively long amount of time for anything to process for a few days. Prior to that the request often timed out and I'd have to call so I consider it a win even if I have to walk away from the computer and let it do it's thing. :laughing:
 
I have been unable to book the week I want in January (at the resort I own so I am within the 11 month window) for two days now. It's a system issue Member Services tells me. I can't even waitlist it. My fear is by the time the system issue is fixed, it will be gone.

Can Member Services book it for you? I'm having the same issue for the last two days. It must be sporadic afecting only certain members, or I think we would see more posts on this forum about it.

No they could not book it. Their only option was to tell me to wait until it’s resolved. I called and chatted to make sure i got the same story from both.
 
I have been having problems for over a week. I tried clearing my cache and it still doesn't work. Any other ideas? It's ridiculous.
An incognito browser session sometimes works when having issues. Trying different devices or browsers too. Otherwise it's calling. :sad2:

I've tried everything I can think of, and everything suggested, but still no go. It seems odd that we can log in but not be able to access the reservations system. I understand an occasional glitch, but I'm going on two days with no access. Sounds like others have been even longer. Luckily I'm just trying to do a little browsing. Feal bad for those trying to make actual reservations. Sad.
