So I logged on at 7am this morning and it took 3 hours but I got thru. So I noticed my chosen times are later in the day. Am I allowed to change the times to morning? Or do I ask when I arrive? I am worried we will be heading back to the room mid day. just curious.
If you want to change any of your
DAS Advance Selections, you need to do it ahead of time, they are not changed at the park
- if you don’t use them, the DAS Advance Selections just expire; there is no penalty for not using them
- they are separate from DAS Return Times you get in the parks; they don’t need to be used before making or using DAS Return Times
- if you think you will leave the park at mid day, but come back later, you could leave them
To change any of the DAS Advance Selections, you start the video chat again, but since you already are registered for DAS, use the link to go directly to the DAS Advance Selection chat.
- from everything I‘ve heard, the CM needs to cancel your existing selection for an attraction to check for a new one
- it’s possible there will not be any earlier slots for the attraction(s) you want to change. It’s also possible there won’t be any slots that day for that attraction at all
- it’s a good idea to have an alternate or 2 attractions available for any you are thinking of changing, just in case
- after any changes, check your My Disney Experience under FUTURE Plans while you are still on chat to make sure it lists what you think it does (attraction and time)
- even if you can’t change, you would be able to get a DAS Return Time on the day of visit
