DAS/Stroller Tag For PPO Breakfast

We snagged an 8:00 AM Garden Grill reservation for our first day. We will need a tag for a stroller as a wheelchair to get into the land. I just realized this should be an issue, since we want to get into Epcot at 7:50. What time does Guest Relations outside of the park open? Does anyone have a suggestion as to how we should plan this? Unfortunately, we won’t be getting into Disney until late the night before. I was excited to hit Soarin’ and other rides early, but the prospect of Guest Relations being closed hurts my plans.

The GR iut side the park might not be able to do it since they will be dealing with ticket problems and might not be able to help. The one inside is just beyond where they hold you up so you will have to wait until they let you in but it should only take a minute or two to get it and then you can head to breakfast

What used to be Guest Relations outside of the main entrance to Epcot had its sign changed recently.
It now has a sign that indicates it is for check in to some of the different extra park experiences. The sign also says to go to one of the Ticket booths for will call tickets.

So, you will need to go to Guest Relations inside the park.

So will Guest Relations inside the park be open before the actual park? My concern is park opening is 9, my reservation is 8, and I will need a stroller tag in the Land.

Guest Relations is open whenever there are people in the park.
