DAS questions - 2nd visit in 60 days

I have an active DAS pass from my 01/14 trip and will be returning on 3/6. I know my pass is good for 60 days but I’ll have different people coming with me on this trip. Can I use chat, 30 days out, to add them or do I have to wait until I’m in the park so their magic band can be scanned? Thanks!

If they are listed in your Family & Friends on My Disney Experience and have park tickets and the same park reservations as you, you should have no trouble adding them.

Doing it in chat is what I meant.
As long as they are in the way I mentioned in my post, you should be able to add them with no problem.
CMs in Guest Relations were actually able to add people listed in Friends & Family without reading their Magicbands since at least sometime in 2019.
