Our group of 10: Mom, dad, 3 disabled children (2,6,7), grandma, grandpa, and 3 adult aunties.
How would we do this? Get 2 DAS and split the adults between the kids? Has anyone had experience with this type of group?
Our kids have qualified for DAS in the past and I have no doubt they will now. Extreme dysregulation, including bolting, due to sensory overstimulation (visual-crowds, auditory-music, crowds, ugh just so many sounds you don’t even notice until you have a disabled kid with you!), touch-people too close, crowding). Also anxiety for one of my kids.
We’ve had DAS and stroller concurrently before. But we ran into an issue where they only issued the red tag for one day not our whole stay. I simply couldn’t wait in the city hall line daily with my kids to get it.
This is for Disneyland. I read in the main post that we get the actual DAS at a kiosk? I’ve always gone to city hall. Should I avoid that? Can I only get the red stroller tag at city hall?
Even with DAS we average 6 hours and 6 rides a day over 5 days. Maybe less now that we have the baby. Lol
