4pm , we can enter MK. Can I use my DAS at that time? Then when the party truly starts at 7, no more DAS. Is that correct?

You can use the DAS 100% from 4-7. DAS during the party is not used for character meet and greets but at the discretion of the CM they can issue during the party (not 100% sure actually since it is now digital but prior to digital they use to give out if need presented itself).

Besides what was already written, most of the attractions have short waits during the X tusk party.
I have heard of DAS used for 7 Dwarfs Mine Train, but not others.
If you have an issue with a specific attraction, talk to the CM at the attraction. There very well might not be anything they can offer you, but it won't hurt to ask.

I used my DAS card last year for 7DMT the CM did not even bat an eye when I asked for a return time ( I heard on here that they would not give then out) but for the most part the ride lines are short 5 to 10 minutes the meet and greet are long for the most part and there is not DAS for them
