I’ve just pre registered for the DAS at Disneyland. Once in the park are other attractions available or is it just the pre register list?

Yes, once you are in the Park your DAS should show in the app with a list of currently available times and applicable return times. If you don’t see a ride name, it is probably not running at the moment.
