Hi all,
I’m sure I’ve read that there are areas for
The fireworks/parades for people with DAS- is this correct? Had DAS a few years ago on our last trip, pre covid when you had to physically got to the ride to get a return time. This can now be done anywhere in the parks
Via the app right?
Thanks!
DAS Return Times can be obtained in the park using the My Disney Experience app.
There are handicapped viewing areas marked on the maps for guests using mobility devices. They may or may not allow guests using DAS on a given day without mobility devices based on how busy it is . The areas often fill up quickly and have mobility devices parked very close together across the front of the viewing area. The main purpose is to provide a place for guests who must remain in their device to be able to see without a whole lot of people standing in front of them. It’s also safer to have mobility devices together - especially in Magic Kingdom, they won’t have to worry about tumbling over the curb.
For the fireworks there is no das button thst you csn reserve a spot for ( I hope thst made since). You have to show up early for a spot. My last few trip I have had no problem getting a spot when I get there early and I do not have a mobility device
