DAS and Child Swap

Can I use child swap when I get a DAS return time?

For example, if we go to a ride that our party requires child swap for, can I ride it first with one child, then my husband ride it next with a child swap without going through standby when neither of them have the DAS?

If the person that has the Das goes in the first group then yes you can

If the DAS holder is too short to go on the ride then no you can not

Too short or not going on the attraction for any reason.
To use DAS, the DAS holder must be going on the attraction

We did it a few years ago with no issues, though the person with the DAS was one who rode both times.

Thank you! I’m the one that will (hopefully) have a DAS. So, I’d like to ride the first time with DS1 & DH and DS2 can get the child swap pass.

Also, you could, depending on the age of the child and the seating requirements of the ride, have DS1 and DS2 ride with you the first time, and then have them ride again with DH on the child swap.

Are all of you riding or do you have a child who isn't tall enough to ride?

If you have a child that can't ride you can get a rider swap so one adult can supervise the non riding child while the other rides. Like a pp said you ride first with the tall enough child, then dh can return and ride with them again while you watch the non rider. The CM will add the swap to your dh's and DS magic bands so you all approach the ride together when the first party rides.

If both children are tall enough then you all ride together, no swap required/issued.
