Last week they oversold me two Buzz and Woody's.
I just now had a chance to look at what I bought this morning!
They didn't sell me any #21's -- Winnie the Pooh!
I'll have to call and see if either store has any. But I won't hold my breath!
And here I could have bought them at the Des Moines store.
I've been the first customer each time and have had two out of three pin purchases messed up. (By the same CM!)
Anyone have two extra # 21's?
I have extra #12's Rocketeers and #19 SB Castle to trade.

Update: Actually, by looking at my records, I see I only need One of #21. I have been buying an extra set for someone to trade for DLP pins. And they decided they didn't want the full TDS set afterall. And #21 is a pin they do not want.
So one if anyone has an extra to trade. And I will post this on the trade board too.

Many thanks!

Barb.. Have you gotten #21 yet? If not, drop me an email.. I can help you out!

I may have it covered, but will keep you in mind if I don't.
Many thanks!
:)

Did you not check your pins before you paid for them??? I am a Cast Member at a Disney Store the first 2 weeks guests got their own pins and brought them to us, I was not working this past Saturday but went in to get my pins. A few minutes before opening the MOD opened the gate and asked people waiting who wanted 2, 1, or specific pins and asked them to kind of split up that way outside the gate. She then went in and bagged up pins before opening. I was getting 2 sets and even though I work with these people everyday when she was ringing up my purchase I checked to see that I did indeed have 2 of EVERY PIN. I have read, and seen how crazy some stores have been with this and Cast Members can make a mistake we are human too.

I have read alot of posts here about the Disney Store Pins and the Cast Members since this started, some are not so good. I am constantly reading about how they make too many of some LE pins then others are angry that their arn't enought of certain pins. In my opinion in reading alot of these posts seems like no matter how something is handled someone isn't happy with it. I am not pointing the finger at ANYONE here just an observation, and that doesn't mean an observation about the original author of this post.

My thoughts are if you deffinatly want to collect all the pins be there when the store opens if at all possible because you just never know, if you can't see if someone will pick them up for for you. Right now they are all over the auction sites and not that much more to pay (if you really want them) I have bought the majority of my WDW and DL pins on auction sites that is what I need to do to get them.

As for the Limits changeing at the stores, well I would have to say you can thank people who come in and purchase 10 of one pin that is why they had to add the limits. If you buy 2 sets it's one to keep and one to trade. Pins are suppose to be sold in limits at WDW also but on a trip last March I met a "trader" who just happened to have 14 Saint Patricks Day LE pins!!!

Having said all that I hope I haven't offended anyone it was not my intent, just saying what I feel and comenting on what I have read here.

To be fair, I know that at a lot of stores the CM's are covering a lot of ground in the store with hours being cut etc. They are human and make mistakes. It gets quite hectic when the store opens and everyone rushes in to purchase their pins. I guess you must really double check all your pins before leaving the counter or the store, to make sure you have what you wanted.

Lets all take some responsibility for mistakes...not intending to point fingers, just an opinion as the post above.

I've always been the first in line and I think they are just frazzled because they have a line. ;)
I been in a hurry to move away once they are rung up, because of a line. But from now on, I'll just have to watch them much more closely. At least I have the pins covered now. That's what counts.
