I was also going crazy, as several times Raven referred to the show being an hour, and it was 1/2 hour. I also have it on Tivo. It was odd, they seemed to also skip most commercial breaks, and then have all of them at the end, too?
I also set Tivo to search for Disney and Disneys. Picks up ALOT of shows I dont want (Roseanne in WDW, etc), but it is great for finding shows like the Raven Holiday program.
It shows at 4:30 am on the 25th of November. Here in Texas, that would be 3:30 am. Here is the link that will keep you up on the Disney programming. Whohoo!
We watched it 4 times yesterday ;-) We put up our tree and decorations last night so we had the show on during the entire time!! (I know its early, but we do xmas at my inlaws during thanksgiving and will be out of town next weekend....can you tell I've been defending myself every day) Love the show and we TiVO anything with the word Disney too!! We always go in Jan, but now I really want to go during xmas too!!
I just wanted to say that I decorated my tree last night too. I just moved, so all the boxes of decorations were out already, and very easy to get at! It seemed pointless to put it all away to dig it out in two weeks! So I just went for it- and I have been defending my decision every since!
I loveRaven's food network special! Sam Brown's Travel Channel WDW Christmas special is the original reason why we are going during the Christmas season. She was my first intro to the magic of WDW during the holidays!

I like to compare it to going to Disney. People always whine about putting up decorations so early the same as they wonder why "we" all go to Disney so much. I just shake my head and know they will never understand. I want to enjoy christmas/disney as long and as often as possible.
This really ticks me off. I had this on my Tivo last year and deleted it (and then decided to go at Christmas!). I've been watching the Food Network site for show times for months and even did a search with my DVR and it turned up nothing.
Disney at Christmas is even more magical, if that's even possible! We went the second week of Dec. 2005 and had a wonderful time. The decorations are gorgeous, the Osborne Lights in MGM are not to be missed, the Christmas parade at MVMCP is awesome, and my little girls enjoyed seeing Santa in DTD. Didn't make the Candlelight processional, but hope to December 2007.
We don't like to be away from home on Christmas day, so going two weeks before Christmas worked very well for us. Gave us a much needed dose of holiday spirit and we still had Christmas to look forward to when we got back, which helped with the Disney vacation withdrawal symptoms!!
Go! Go! Go! You and your family will have a fabulous time!!
I actually refuse to watch that program. DGF tivo'd it and was all excited to watch it with me. We leave in 20 days for our first christmas trip and I want everything to be a SUPRISE!!!

She got me last year too. We got back from our trip on October 27, and that show was on shortly after we got home. I wanted to go back immediately. They had started putting up some things like the Osborne Lights when we were there and seeing it all on TV I had to go back. We leave in 17 days for our Christmas trip! I can't wait!
