I just came back from WDW, and 6 extra pounds followed me home. That's a pound every day. It's the fault of the DDP, right-I mean, it certainly can't be my fault that I ate too much. I had to eat it-they put the food in front of me! Honestly, this morning I've been reading the threads here to motivate me to lose the weight I gained. I'm hoping it's "easy on/easy off". We'll see as the week goes on!

Whenever I go on vacation I usually gain about the same amount. But it comes off the next week. It's mostly water weight because of the extra salt you eat, at least for me :)

THe DDP is evil! Honestly, when I did the free plan a couple of years ago, I felt compelled to eat appetizers, main courses and desserts everytime I could. I never would do that, otherwise.

I thought that there weren't any calories at WDW popcorn::

Since my activity is really increased at WDW, I usually come home within a pound of my leaving weight. Now, if I didn't eat, I am sure I could come home 5 to 6 pounds under! :goodvibes

I too have heard that there aren't any calories at WDW. :goodvibes

I think I am going to dump the DDP this year. I can't believe I am saying this, but I just can't set myself up with eating all that food, I'd rather eat my normal meals during the day, which are light ones, and then eat a nice dinner out. I am not much on lettuce every day with chicken so.........
