I was so excited at the beginning of last week. Did the south beach well until wednesday, cheated a little. Went to Curves Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Have a free week for next week and will join after that.

My bf and I ordered my e-ring last night :) then got into a huge, questioning fight today. Everything is ok now, but not the way i wanted to spend the day.... I am wiped.

I start working tomorrow, a job I don't really want, but need to start working... am waiting to hear about a second offer that should come within the week. Will rather take that jobs, starts in two or three weeks.

Tried on all my dress clothes tonight for tomorrow... NOTHING FITS.... I DIDN'T GET THAT BIG DID I?

The scale hasn't really changes but geeze...... too big in the waist waaaayyyy too tight in the butt and thighs..... breasts hangin on the belly.... I am only 25... what has happened to me......

I am boiling some eggs right now for breakfast tomorrow and then I am going to bed.....

Just needed to vent. Thank you for allowing me to do so......

now exhale..........(((HUGS)))

you are so at the right place. it's not about the "d" word -- that's a bad bad word! it's time to get healthy and trust me it's a HUGE thing! don't let the big picture overwhelm you -- start small and make one change at a time. focus on that new healthy change you are doing for yourself b/c you are VERY WORTH it! after you master the first change and are ready, make another change, and so on.

soon you will realize how much better you feel when you treat yourself healthy......you are a princess:

tomorrow night is WISH chat, can you join us? there is a WISH chatters committment thread so you can make public your one change for the week and we'll hold you accountable. accountability is a BIG thing in making your healthy changes ;)

for some it's exercise, or drinking your water everyday, for me this week is all about staying within my WW pts and eating good healthy snacks. no more processed junk for afternoon snacks this week!

PD to you -- don't beat yourself up over the past -- look forward

don't worry you are not the only one here to lose weight i have to too and i am only 15 i am doing it caus eof health resons and because i wan't to look and feel good about myself you can do hey if i can anyone can believe me i am the worst at losing weight it took me all this time just to lose 10 pounds and to get serious about loseing weight hang in there and i know i speak on behalf of lots of us here if there is anything you need help with ask anyone here!!!

Sending you some {{{{HUGS}}}}. Trust me, we've all had days/weeks/months of these types of feelings. The best part of WISH is knowing that we all understand. You're doing Curves, that's awesome! Me too ! As Molli said, do not use the "D" word, or at least not the four-letter D word (D is for Disney, don't ever forget that) ;) You are making healthy lifestyle changes.

I think that everything is just hitting you all at once right now. Once you get through day 1 of this new job, I think you will find a whole new you in the mirror at the end of the day.

Good luck tomorrow, and I know that your week will only get better from here.

hang in there.....i just started too and noticed its really tough in the beginning...i need some motivation !
try to relax!! And enjoy curves...was thinking about joining there myself..

D,
You are on your way to feeling better. It's great that you started Curves and are planning what you'll eat. That's most of the battle right there.::yes::

I just started a couple weeks ago and am having a hard time being patient-I want to see results now. I am not on a specific diet, but I decided to keep track of what I eat and to exercise every day. And that's a big enough goal for right now. I have to say I do feel better already-not so tired and grouchy. Hang in there-we're hanging in there with you!:wave2:

I hope you're feeling better this morning. Everyone here has already given you great advice. You are not alone in this. We are here to help. :)

Hugs,
Hang in there! I agree about that "D" word. Shhhh we don't use it around here. There is no such thing as a "D...." that works. It's about changing your lifestyle. You have to do it slowly! Please join us tonight at chat if you can. We started the Chat comittment 4 weeks ago, and that is what gave me the accountability to get exercising. Now I am about to start my 5th week of continuous exercise and it feels great!

Make sure you're prepared , (food wise), keep your refridg full of veggies and healthy things to eat and drink(ice water , crystal lite). It is so much easier when you open the fridge for that snack and you see a tub full of cut up veggies rather than having to clean and cut them up just to have a snack. Find a few possitves about the first job. Dwell on those. Ignore the bad things for a bit. Good for you , going to curves. If your doing a low carb plan, go on line and search for recipes. It keeps your mind occupied and away from the kitchen.

Good Luck!!

everyone else has given you great advice i just wanted to add some  and sprinkle a little magic :wizard: pixie dust for you

good luck and post when you need support this is a great place for that::yes::
