I tried the fried butter at the CNE today. Well, we shared it. For luch, we are having the 'burger in a bag'. Oh, fair food

Then there is this Sony portable which soooo reminded me of Disney. Complete a survey and then stand in line to enter the 'ride', which was short and in this case a documentary on a 3D TV, but still, reminded me of Disney.

For those of you wondering how to deep fry butter, Skinkle mixes it with secret ingredients, scoops it into small portions with a melon baller and freezes it.

When it’s good and cold she dips the butter balls in sweet funnel cake batter and deep fries them for about 20 seconds. The bite-size balls are drizzled with raspberry, chocolate, caramel or vanilla topping and sprinkled with icing sugar.

There is a picture of it, and really, it's pretty small. A colleague and I split it. Apparenlty on the w/ends it is very crowded, so yes, publish it and there we are all, ready to try it.
