Dark Transfer paper problem

I have done 3 shirts and have 1 to go, but my "cover" sheet stuck and ripped on my last shirt. The shirt is fine but I don't have the cover sheet to go between the iron and the transfer. Has anyone ever used parchment paper? It feels about the same.

I have never done it, but I read a post here about a week ago in which someone said that you CAN use parchment paper.

I agree with cissy..funny you don't have a cover sheet for each transfer...good luck

Last week, when DH was ironing on some transfers (designed by rumblytumbly ), he needed paper larger than the 8.5X11 that came with the dark transfer paper. I ran to the kitchen & got him both waxed paper & parchment paper.

I don't know which he used (he's asleep now, so I can't ask him) but whichever it was....it worked perfectly!
