Dark spot corrector

If I only knew then what I know now. I spent my high school years in the early 70's at the beach with baby oil and mecuricrom (sp). I dont have the leather skin that some do, luckily, but the dark spots are starting to really get more and more noticible on my face.
I bought Garnier Skin Renew because I saw some commercials for it that looked believable. I used it for about two weeks, but I couldn't stand the smell anymore.
I then looked on line for another and tried Ambi Fade Cream after reading reviews. That one smells even worse.
Does anyone know of any fade cream that works but has a tolerable smell. I have a very strong smell sense and just having a tiny bit on my cheek drives me crazy.
I have never been able to use self tanning creams because of the smell and these smell even worse.

Clinique has one that gets pretty good reviews and I find their stuff mildly scented to having no sent. I have very sensitive skin and I had "smelly" stuff. I used their Repairwear product with no issues.

Drugstore brands I find are extremely scented. Most people seem to like that.

Another recommendation would be to go see a dermatologist. They can give you something prescription that would work a bit faster (although, probably expensive).

I use the Clinique Dark Spot Corrector and like it. My spots are lighter but alas, not gone. Sigh. I, too, was a tanning girl in my teen years.

Simple and cheap ...... Cold pressed castor oil. Don't buy the cheap stuff from Walmart or the local drug store. Buy from a vitamin shoppe, etc. Works wonders, but is "messier" than OTC big name products. Google it and you'll find a ton of testimonials. I've been a user for years!
