Hello!

We're leaving for DLP tomorrow! So excited! We are WDW addicts and visit there at least once a year if not more. A question for you that have been there...We always get kids haircuts on Main Street when we are in Magic Kingdom. I see there is a barber shop at DLP too. Will they do children's haircuts also? Any help appreciated as they need haircuts here if we can't get them there.

Not sure about this barbershop. There is another one barbershop (a normal one, not so magical) at Hotel New York.

Hi all.

Not long now before we go to DLP. Does any one have any info on Dapper's Dan. Both my son and I can go and i think that it would make him happy to get his hair done there. I would like to know where it is, what time it is open and how much does it cost.

Dapper Dan's is on Main Street on the back side of the emporium.

I don't know the exact price, but my husband paid 20 euro, including tip, for a hair cut in April.
I believe it opens when the park opens... 10 a.m.? I don;t know if you need an appt. He walked right in, but it wasn't nearly as crowded then as it is likely to be now in the park.

There is a huge difference between Dapper Dan's at WDW and DLP - we have used both on numerous occasions. In WDW it's a great place for kid's cuts (especially 1st cuts), and green mickey heads. At DLP it is a treat for men with old fashioned straight razor shaves. To use it and not be disappointed, be sure to book. But although they will cut kid's hair, it is aimed at adults and lacks the fun of WDW's. I love both for different reasons. DLP is great for a male pampering after a 3 course meal with wine accompliament, WDW is great to see the kids have a great time!

HI davewasbaloo, i have just noticed the we are due to be at DLP at the same time. We are staying in the NBC for 5 nights. We also live in Beds, in Luton.
