Yep. The whole area of Pixar Street in front of TSM is taken up with tables and drink carts. I imagine there will be a food cart area this year, too.

I wouldn't have thought so, they had people witht hose red stick things at each end of the street - they soon noticed if anyone was trying to head their way

Besides, the park is closed when we are partying...I don't know when exactly they'll turn off the lights, but since our party starts at 9:30, and the park closes at 8:00 p.m., I expect they'll be off by then.
