I have a DAP and need to buy a blockout day ticket for June 23, a Saturday. I have searched the DLR website and cannot find anything on how to do this or how much it costs.

Basically, I will be there June 19-22. I want to have my blockout day ticket in hand before June 23 so I can head straight into the park on June 23.

Anyone know anything about this?

They stopped selling blockout day tickets a few years ago. The briefly brought them back last summer for the end of MSEP, but they haven’t been around for years.

Yeah, boo, they sadly are no more. All you can do is either buy a full priced one day ticket, or upgrade your AP. If you upgrade they do not prorate, but if you have a lot of time left on it and will go on another blackout day, then it may well be worth it

Oh no! My DAP expires in July LOL! :crazy2:
Ah, then this will totally work for you. Buy a one day ticket for June 23rd, go in the park and do your thing, and as you leave apply the price of that ticket to your renewal. Easy peasy. You can do it up to 40 days ahead. Of course, I would confirm with the CM when you buy the ticket to be sure as everything is always subject to change on the hour and on the half :rotfl:

Technically you should actually get in anyway if you just renew a the gate that morning, as the policy has always been that you get in on the day you pay for a new pass or renewal, regardless of Blockout. We have done this many many times but not in the last 6 months or so.

If you plan to renew I suggest you do as others mentioned and upgrade that day. They will give you a blackout ticket. We purchased our tickets on a blockout day last year and were given a ticket to get in. If you're worried it won't work you can do as someone else suggested and buy a one day ticket and then apply the price to your renewal. Of course this only works if you plan to renew.
